Cobleys' Business Litigation unit was formed to deal with financial matters which include financial fraud, income tax and VAT investigations, particularly matters where the authorities wish to interview the client.

We also have experience of dealing with restraint orders and confiscation proceedings.

Cobleys LLP have been appointed members of the Legal Services Commission’s Very High Cost Cases panel.

Naturally we liaise with specialist accountants and other relevant experts.
